Toners are a water-based, leave-on product which are always used only on clean skin, and they have a few roles:

- balance the PH of the skin after cleaning,

- removal of the leftover cleanser and harsh water residue,

- for the specific skin conditions, it can address a variety of issues, like dryness, oiliness or even acne.

Recommended to be followed with the proper serum and moisturizer, according to your skin condition.
